You shall be  entitled to a refund/return if you pre-pay  for your order at the time of placing your order on the platform and only in the event of any the following circumstances :

1. Failure to contact you by phone at the time of confirmation the order booking

2. you cancelling the order at time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you order for the booking

3. your delivery location following outside our designation delivery zone

4. if you receive food that is different from your receipt

5. For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and charged wrongly

6. we cannot cancel , refund if you change your mind or mistakenly order an items after order is prepared.

7. Failure to delivery your order due to lack of information , direction or authorized
