1. We are a delivery service  providing you an online platform  to order food online from the list of online menu  . pre-pay for your food order by banking channels through debit , credit card  and Bikas or cash at the time of us delivering your food to your delivery address

2. Our responsibilities are limited on  accept payment from you for your online food orders and delivering  your order

 

2. Registration -

1. By agreement to the terms and conditions of sale which apply to all transaction on www.izakaya.com.bd

We must have following information –

• Your address ,included the postcode
• Your phone number or email address

2. You agree to provide accurate ,current and complete information during the placing online order

3. Product prices –

1. The price of items charged will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order to us
2. Agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your purchase , including any applicable taxes . the final charges for your order may be different than those stated on the website .

4. Ordering –

1. Any order that you place with us is subject to product availability , delivery capacity and acceptance by us .when you place your order online , we will send you a message to confirm that we have received it . you must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect .once we have sent a confirmation message we will check availability .
2. Once the ordered food is ready to delivery , the confirmation message will specify delivery details including the approximate delivery time , price of the food ordered
3. If the food is not available or if there is no delivery capacity , we will also let you know by text message(SMS ) or phone call

5. Delivery

1. Food will be delivered to the address as intimated by you while ordering
2. If the food is not delivered within  the estimated time given , user shall contact by support number and will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as reasonable possible
5. Cancellations –
1. You must notify to IZAKAYA immediately if you decide to cancel your order ,preferable by phone and quote your order number

          6.2 Unlikely event that the delivers a wrong items , you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded the amount .

 

7. Limitation Of Liability
1. We have taken all the reasonable steps to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible
