1. The campaign is open to individuals aged 21 years or above and must hold a valid passport.
2. A minimum purchase of BDT 2,500 (per bill) at any Izakaya outlet during the campaign period is required to qualify for one (1) raffle entry.
3. Each qualifying bill is entitled to one (1) raffle entry. Multiple qualifying bills will receive multiple entries.
4. The winner will be selected through a random raffle draw conducted by Izakaya. The decision of Izakaya regarding the winner shall be final and binding.
5. The prize consists solely of one (1) round-trip economy class air ticket between Dhaka and Tokyo for the winner only.
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another destination, or any other item of value.
7. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa, travel insurance, and any other travel documents or approvals required for the trip.
8. Izakaya’s responsibility is strictly limited to providing the round-trip air ticket. Izakaya shall have no responsibility or liability for accommodation, meals, airport transfers, local transportation, baggage charges, visa fees, travel insurance, taxes or charges not included in the ticket, personal expenses, or any other travel-related costs.
9. The air ticket shall be issued according to the travel itinerary determined by Izakaya and/or the issuing airline. Any request for changes, upgrades, rescheduling, cancellation, or reissuance shall be subject to airline policies and any associated costs shall be borne entirely by the winner.
10. If the winner is unable to travel, fails to obtain the necessary travel documents, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited without compensation or substitution, at Izakaya’s sole discretion.
11. The prize is subject to the terms, conditions, and operating policies of the issuing airline. Izakaya shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, schedule change, baggage issue, or other airline-related matter.
12. Izakaya reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, disqualify any participant involved in fraud, misconduct, or violation of these Terms & Conditions, and cancel or amend the campaign if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.
13. By participating in the campaign, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to Izakaya using the winner’s name, photograph, and promotional content for marketing and publicity purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
14. Izakaya’s sole obligation under this campaign is the issuance of the prize described in these Terms & Conditions. Upon issuance of the air ticket, Izakaya shall have no further liability or obligation in relation to the winner’s travel.
15. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute arising from this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
